GOSON (Good Shepherd Organization) is a Registered non-sectarian Voluntary Charitable NGO, courageously committed to serve and solve the exigencies and problems of the Urban, Rural and Tribal communities. It works continuously with an ever increasing energy and enthusiasm for the Community Development especially of the marginalized people since the year 1987.
The operations are directed from an office that is located 2 kilometers away from the bus terminus of the Tiruvannamalai district headquarters. The person in charge of the operations is Mr. A.Parthiban. The organization has been making a modest attempt to meet the needs of various groups of people by launching suitable programs to make them self reliant and self supporting in their social and economic life. The planned and formulated approach by trained social workers and volunteers with the participation and involvement of the people stands out as the distinguishing features of the organization.
The following significant programs chalked out by GOSON NGO in the past have been instrumental in providing hope and guidance to thousands of targeted adults and children for a healthy, secured and respectable living.
